Equalities Charter for UK Publishing – consultation
Publishers, trade associations, booksellers and other organisations related to the publishing industry are asked to pledge their support for equality in publishing by becoming a signatory to this charter. ALPSP encourages members in the UK to get involved by responding to this consultation by 12 March 2010.

It will also demonstrate the importanceof a digital distribution and licensing aggrements (which most translation publishers are seeking these days as a matter of course).
